How should I dial a phone number?

The dialing of numbers – both internal and external – is carried out simply by dialing the number, without any prefixes, the usual way in the country which the user has set.
How can I call for free with the pbxspace service?

Telephone operator independent outgoing calls, ie calls to other users of your virtual pbx pbxspace and calls made using ENUM, are free of charge.

What is the end-user equipment?

Any program or telecommunications equipment, which supports the transfer of the call and its signaling using SIP. Sometimes they also talk a bit wrong on the software or hardware SIP-phone.

What else do I need together with end-user equipment?

In the case of software SIP-phone you need a computer, headphones and microphone. In the case of SIP adapter you need to have some of the conventional telephone device as a desk phone, wireless phone or fax. In the case of a hardware SIP-phone you do not need any other telecommunications equipment. Usually it is enough just to connect it to the Ethernet.
How do I set up end-user equipment for pbxspace?

The absolute minimum for setting up the end-user equipment:

Can I register at once more than one end-user equipment to my extension?

Yes, unlike for most telephone operators, it is possible for pbxspace service!
How can I set the tone dialing (DTMF) and/or codecs on my end-user equipment?

It depends only on the specific type of end-user equipment, it is necessary to consult the manual.

Orders, payments, invoices

How do I subscribe to the pbxspace service?

Service subscription is possible only electronically at www.pbxspace.eu.
How is the pbxspace service charged?

This is a prepaid service for a specified period. Payment is possible only through the PayPal service using a credit card or their own account.
How do I get proof of payment (invoice)? Could it be changed later?

After the payment the invoice is available in the User zone of your customer account administration. You can view and print it at any time.
Note that any additional changes to the invoice is not possible. Therefore, take sufficient attention to the completion of your identification data.
Can I change my pbxspace service account type?

Upgrade is possible at any time in the User zone of your customer account administration. It is not possible to downgrade.
How will be the pbxspace service cancelled?

To service will be cancelled if automatically if your subscription expires.
